1. Who we are

M-Pamoja Africa ("M-Pamoja", "we") provides tools to raise and track community contributions, chama savings and event funds in Kenya.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and give accurate details, including a phone number you control.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Kitties, contributions and withdrawals

• Organisers are responsible for how a kitty is described and how the money is used.
• Fees are shown before you confirm a withdrawal and are deducted from the amount withdrawn.
• Payments are processed through M-Pesa and other channels we list. Their terms also apply.

4. What you must not do

Do not use M-Pamoja for fraud, money laundering, false fundraising, or anything illegal in Kenya. We may suspend kitties or accounts that break these rules.

5. Liability

We work to keep records accurate and the service available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Our liability is limited to the extent Kenyan law allows.
